What Zuzia doesn't do (yet)

  • No white-label status pages yet — status pages carry Zuzia branding.
  • No multi-seat team accounts yet. If 2+ teammates need access today, email [email protected] and we set it up manually.
  • Checks run every minute at most — not sub-second.
  • Alerts go by email (unlimited), API and optional SMS through your own Vonage account. Slack and phone escalation are not built in.

Frequently asked questions

How much does server monitoring for an agency cost with Zuzia?

Starter is $9/month for 10 hosts, 10 domains and 25 scheduled tasks; Pro is $19/month for 30 hosts. There are no per-seat or per-client fees — the price depends only on how many servers and domains you monitor. A $129 one-time Lifetime plan covers 15 hosts.

Do I need access to the client's server?

Not for uptime, SSL, port and DNS checks — those work from outside with just the domain. Server metrics, scheduled tasks and remote commands need the Zuzia agent, so you install it on servers you manage.

Can my clients see the monitoring?

Yes, through a public status page per host or website and an embeddable uptime widget. They don't get a login to your panel, so they never see other clients' servers.

Can I keep clients separate from each other?

Every host, domain and task is its own item in the panel, named however you like — most agencies prefix them with the client name. Status pages are generated per host or website, so each client only sees their own.

Does Zuzia replace UptimeRobot and Healthchecks?

For most agencies, yes: it covers URL uptime, SSL, cron/scheduled jobs and server metrics in one panel. If you monitor hundreds of plain URLs and need white-label status pages, UptimeRobot's Team plan still fits that volume better — see our comparison.

Where is the data hosted?
