Connections to Zuzia and to your agents are encrypted, and sensitive data such as agent credentials is encrypted in the database. Website, port and DNS checks only reach public addresses, so nobody can use Zuzia to probe a private network. AI features run through a provider that does not keep your data, and AI assistants connected over MCP never see passwords, keys or billing. Access to account data is limited to what is needed to help you when you ask. We do not sell or share your data with third parties.

Yes, on paid plans. Connect Claude Code, Cursor or VS Code to the Zuzia MCP server with your API key and ask about your servers in plain words. Nothing is shared until you enable it, area by area. Actions on your servers, such as running a command or restarting a service, are switched on separately and can wait for your approval in the panel. There is an emergency switch that stops them all, a limit of 20 actions an hour, and passwords, keys, billing and notes are never available to the assistant.

Existing Nagios-style scripts work as they are. You decide after how many bad runs you get an alert and how often it repeats, you get a message when it recovers, and you can test the rules on the last result before saving. After 60 failed checks in a row (or more, if you set a higher alert threshold), a website, port or DNS monitor is switched off and you get a notification about it. This keeps a forgotten, dead target from sending alerts forever. When the target works again, turn the monitor back on in the panel.

We're seriously considering reducing the polling time below one minute; however, from our extensive experience, this often isn't necessary.
